What this website collects about you, who else sees it, the cookies it sets, and your rights.
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, what we do with it, and what your rights are. It covers kentspharmacy.co.uk only. Information we hold about you as a patient — prescriptions, NHS services, your medical history — is covered by our separate patient privacy notice, which is available in the pharmacy.
Who we are
Kents Pharmacy is owned and operated by Nicklevale Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 06105405, registered office 104 Walton Road, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 0DL. Nicklevale Limited is the data controller for the information described on this page.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number Z1173604. Our Data Protection Officer is Kamal Mahasuria, Director, who can be reached through our contact page or at the pharmacy.
What we collect, and why
When you send us a message
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. We use these only to reply to you. Your message is stored on our website and a copy is emailed to the pharmacy. We keep enquiries for 36 months and then delete them.
The lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us. Please do not include medical details in a message: the form is for general questions, and anything about your health is better discussed by phone or in person.
When you book an appointment
Online booking is provided by Titanverse, a specialist pharmacy booking system, and appears on our booking page inside a frame from their website. When you book, the details you enter — your name, contact details, the service you want and any answers you give — are collected by Titanverse on our behalf and held in our booking system. Card payments taken during booking are processed by Ryft, a payment provider used by Titanverse; we never see or store your full card number.
We use your booking details to provide the appointment you have asked for, to contact you about it, and to keep the records we are required to keep as a pharmacy. The lawful basis is the contract between us for the service you are booking. Where a booking includes information about your health, we process it because it is necessary for the provision of healthcare by a registered pharmacy.
If you would rather not use the online system, every appointment can also be booked by phone.
When you simply visit the site
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and we do not track you across other websites. Our web server keeps standard access logs, which record your IP address, the pages you request and your browser type. These are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Who else receives your information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. The organisations that handle it for us are:
- Titanverse — runs our appointment booking system.
- Ryft — processes card payments taken during booking.
- Our web hosting provider — stores the website, including messages sent through the contact form.
- Google — provides the map on our contact page. When it loads, your browser sends Google your IP address and standard browser details, which Google handles under its own privacy policy. Nothing else is shared with Google.
Where the law requires it, we may also share information with the NHS, the General Pharmaceutical Council, or other regulators and authorities.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses very few.

The map and the booking form only load when you scroll down to them, so nothing from Google, Titanverse or Ryft is loaded on pages where they do not appear. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the booking form may not.
How long we keep information
- Contact form messages: 36 months, then deleted.
- Booking and appointment records: for as long as pharmacy record-keeping rules require, which varies by service.
- Server logs: a short period, set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict what we do with it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes. This policy was last reviewed in September 2026.
