Our medically supervised weight management programme combines treatment with regular clinical reviews, to help you reach and maintain your goals safely.
You get ongoing support throughout — consultations, dose adjustments, lifestyle guidance and monitoring, so that treatment stays both safe and effective.
What it costs
- £30 for the first consultation. Every consultation after that is free, every four weeks.
- Medication is separate, and is the larger cost — from £120 to £370 a month depending on which treatment and which dose you are on. Doses usually step up over time, so the monthly cost can rise.
- You will need to complete a risk assessment, back with us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Miss your appointment without 24 hours’ notice and the £30 is not refunded.
Who is eligible?
You need to be 18 or over, and to meet one of these:
- A BMI of 30 kg/m² or above, or
- A BMI of 27 kg/m² or above together with a weight-related health condition
Weight-related conditions include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obstructive sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease and prediabetes.
The pharmacist confirms eligibility at your consultation. If you are not sure whether you qualify, call us before booking.
How the service works
- Book an appointment online.
- Complete the risk assessment form we email you, at least 48 hours beforehand.
- At your consultation, if you are eligible, you receive your first batch of medication.
- We review you every four weeks. Those consultations are free of charge.
Treatment and medication prices
Which treatment is right for you, and at what dose, is decided at your consultation. Doses usually start low and step up.

Cancellation and non-attendance
If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can.
- An appointment missed without 24 hours’ notice counts as a non-attendance.
- The £30 service fee is forfeited.
- A new appointment and a new fee are needed before another consultation can be arranged.
The risk assessment
We email the risk assessment after you book. If it is not completed at least 48 hours before your appointment, the appointment may be postponed or rescheduled — it cannot go ahead without it.
It is your responsibility to make sure everything you tell us is accurate, complete and up to date. If your medical circumstances change after you submit the questionnaire, please tell us before your consultation.
